Customers can request roadside assistance services through the application, pinpoint their location, monitor progress, and receive notifications.
Recovery companies can manage everything within their application such as accepting jobs, assigning and dispatching their recovery operators, track progress through real-time status and location updates.
Dealers can track incoming vehicles, view vehicle and recovery details including handover photos, digitally receive the vehicles and update the status of repair.
